I had the most amazing experience with this company. Michael is a freediving guru and such a wonderful person to learn from. He breaks down the physical and mental aspects that go in to freediving that is PERFECT for beginners! I was excited and nervous to take the basic freediving course, now I can say that I have never felt more comfortable in the water. The course was broken up into 2 days and moved at the pace of the group, very informatuonal and relaxed. This is the best place to go in San Diego if you want to get into freediving!!!
