Private Courses

A private freediving course may be a good option for you if you:

  • Want to get certified in a short time frame
  • Have a busy or complicated work schedule
  • Live outside of San Diego–but you really want to get certified through Dive California!

A private course means that your freediving course will consist of ONLY you or your PRIVATE GROUP (maximum 4 family members or friends).

This will ensure that we can give you the highest level of personalized guidance so you can become a comfortable, confident, and safe scuba diver. We never run cattle classes and we won’t rush you through the course.

We are happy to customize your instruction needs to fit your time restrictions and/or privacy concerns. We can get you certified within as little as 2 days or as many as 3 days without you ever feeling rushed.
