Overview

Keeping your scuba skills current is an important safety factor for yourself, us, and your fellow divers. Suppose you are getting back into scuba diving after a long break or planning to go on a dive trip, feeling a little rusty, and want to brush up on your knowledge and dive skills. In that case, our ‘Ultimate Refresher Program’ is the perfect way to update your skills before jumping back into the ocean waters. It’s quick and easy and a good way to prepare you for the next adventure.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does Refresher Course take?
About 5 to 6 hours
Is a Refresher course mandatory or necessary?
All Scuba Training certification agencies suggest that divers who have not dived within the last 6 to 12 months should take a Refresher course. In our opinion, this can vary a bit. If a diver was certified in Open Water but made no other dives after the course, then a refresher is essential if the next dive is anything more than a few months later.
Do I need to ReActivate my PADI certification?
Certifications do not expire, and PADI ReActivate participation is not mandatory. Divers completing both knowledge and in-water skill refreshers receive a replacement certification card with a “ReActivated thru” date on it.
