Freediving is the art of diving underwater on a single breath of air. With proper training, you can reach the same depths as SCUBA divers, without the noise and disturbance. This allows freedivers more frequent sightings and interaction with marine life. Dive California offers all the SSI freediving certifications, including instructor.
